Acer Unveils Veriton Mini Workstation With New AI Chips
Acer has launched its 2026 Veriton commercial desktop lineup, featuring the AI Mini Workstation. This compact PC boasts AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor, promising significant AI performance.

Acer has officially introduced its 2026 Veriton commercial desktop series, highlighted by the new Veriton RA110 AI Mini Workstation. This compact machine is designed for businesses and professionals seeking enhanced artificial intelligence capabilities, featuring the powerful AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with integrated Radeon 8060S graphics. Acer claims the system can deliver up to 126 TOPS of AI performance and support AI models with up to 200 billion parameters, positioning it as a capable device for demanding AI workloads.
The Veriton RA110 represents a miniaturization of Acer's AI workstation offerings. It follows the earlier Veriton RA100, utilizing the same Ryzen AI Max+ 395 platform but in a significantly smaller 160x160x47 mm chassis. While the previous model had a storage capacity of up to 4TB, the new RA110 supports up to 2TB of storage. This focus on compact design without sacrificing AI power makes the RA110 an attractive option for environments where space is limited.
New Processors Powering Business Desktops
Beyond the AI Mini Workstation, Acer's updated Veriton lineup also includes the Veriton Vero 6000 Mini and Veriton Vero 4000 Mini, which are powered by Intel's new Core Ultra Series 2 processors. These models are aimed at general office systems, educational institutions, point-of-sale terminals, and other compact desktop deployments. Both configurations can be equipped with up to 64GB of DDR5 memory and up to 2TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage, and they offer support for the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 standards. The Veriton Vero 6000 Mini additionally offers Intel vPro options for enhanced manageability and security.
For users requiring more extensive expansion capabilities, Acer is also releasing the Veriton 1000 Compact Tower. This larger system supports Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus or Core Ultra 5 235HX processors. It can accommodate up to 64GB of DDR5 memory and 1TB of PCIe SSD storage. A key differentiator for the Veriton 1000 Compact Tower is its inclusion of PCIe expansion slots, which allow for the addition of dedicated graphics cards, more storage drives, or other specialized add-in cards, offering greater flexibility for customized business solutions.
The integration of new processors like the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and Intel Core Ultra Series 2 signifies a broader industry trend towards embedding dedicated AI acceleration hardware directly into CPUs. This approach aims to improve efficiency and performance for AI tasks, such as machine learning inference, natural language processing, and generative AI applications, directly on the end-user device. For businesses, this can translate to faster data analysis, improved user experiences through smarter software, and enhanced security features powered by on-device AI processing. The Veriton lineup's push into these new AI-accelerated platforms underscores Acer's commitment to providing cutting-edge technology for the commercial sector.
Acer has detailed staggered release plans for its new Veriton models. The Veriton RA110 AI Mini Workstation is slated for launch in North America during the second half of 2026, with availability in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) in the third quarter of 2026 and in Australia in the fourth quarter of 2026. The Veriton Vero 6000 Mini and 4000 Mini are scheduled for release in EMEA and Australia during Q3 2026. The Veriton 1000 Compact Tower will also be available in EMEA in Q3 2026 and in Australia in Q4 2026. Pricing for these new systems has not yet been announced by Acer.
