Additionally, a smaller, high-refresh-rate model, the AW2527HX, will utilize Samsung Display’s fifth-generation Penta Tandem QD-OLED panel, boasting an impressive 560Hz refresh rate.
The AW3226Q is a 31.5-inch flat 4K monitor offering a resolution of 3840 × 2160 and a refresh rate of 165Hz. Unlike previous WOLED technologies, this display incorporates an RGB-stripe subpixel layout, aiming to improve color accuracy and text clarity over the traditional WOLED arrangement. It features a glossy coating, supports 10-bit color with 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and achieves 250 nits in SDR. For HDR content, it can reach up to 1000 nits at a 3% area of interest (APL) and holds VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, while also supporting HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Connectivity options include DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports, USB-C with 15W power delivery, and two USB Type-A ports. The global launch for the Alienware AW3226Q is slated for the fall of 2026, with an attractive price point of $699.
