Sony has unveiled the lineup of free games coming to PlayStation Plus subscribers for June 2026. Headlining the selection is "Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition," an expansion of the popular backyard survival game originally published by Xbox. Alongside "Grounded," players can also download "Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2" and "Warhammer 40,000: Darktide" starting June 2nd.

PlayStation Plus members across all tiers – Essential, Extra, and Premium – will gain access to these titles. "Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition" places players into a backyard environment, shrunk down to the size of an insect. The game challenges them to survive against a host of creatures and environmental hazards, reminiscent of "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" but with a darker, survivalist edge. The Fully Yoked Edition, released on PlayStation in 2024, introduces new gear, challenging quests, and formidable bosses, expanding on the original 2022 release.

"Warhammer 40,000: Darktide," a cooperative first-person shooter set in the grimdark universe of Warhammer 40,000, also joins the PlayStation Plus offerings. Developed by Fatshark, the game was released in 2022 and praised for its intense atmosphere and challenging combat, despite some minor issues noted at launch. Players can expect to battle hordes of enemies in visceral, action-packed encounters.

New Additions and Limited-Time Offers

"Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2" offers a platform fighting game experience, allowing players to battle as a variety of popular Nickelodeon characters. The game features a robust roster and online multiplayer capabilities.

The three new titles – "Grounded Fully Yoked Edition," "Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2," and "Warhammer 40,000: Darktide" – will be available for PlayStation Plus members to claim from June 2nd, 2026. As a reminder, subscribers have until June 16th to add "EA Sports FC 2026" to their library, which was also part of May's lineup. Additionally, players are urged to remember that "Wuchang: Fallen Feathers" and "Nine Sols" are only available for a limited time, with members having just one week left to add them to their collection.

The monthly PlayStation Plus games are a key perk for subscribers, offering a rotating selection of titles across various genres at no additional cost. This strategy by Sony aims to retain existing subscribers and attract new ones by providing consistent value throughout the year. The inclusion of a title originally associated with a competitor, like "Grounded," also signals a broad approach to content acquisition, prioritizing player enjoyment and service appeal.
